INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed as a personal data controller by the Jewish Community Center in the Czech Republic with its registered office in Jankovcova 1595/14, Praha 7, 17000, IČ: 09399224 (hereinafter: "we, our"). You can contact us in writing at the address of our registered office, or by e-mail at the e-mail address info@jccprague.cz.

By registering to our newsletter you agree to the processing of your personal data in our mailing system. We process your personal data to the extent of name, surname, telephone number, email address, and whatever data you provide us with.

We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of sharing our activities and events to our members and subscribers.  

We would like to assure you that we will handle your personal data responsibly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and valid Czech legislation.

 

We may share your personal data with third parties, such as web hosting service providers and our employees. All entities with which we cooperate ensure the proper protection of your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legal regulations.

 

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

We would like to inform you that in connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to contact us at any time with a request for information as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to request detailed information about this processing. If you find that we are processing incomplete or incorrect personal data, you can ask us to correct or supplement the personal data. If you believe that there is no legal basis for the processing of your personal data or that they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you have objected to the processing of your personal data, you can ask us to delete your personal data. In case of doubt as to whether the processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, you also have the right to limit the processing, or the right to object to the processing of your personal data, or the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. You can ask us to transfer your personal data to a third party at any time.
