Your personal data is processed as a personal data controller by the Jewish Community Center in the Czech Republic with its registered office in Jankovcova 1595/14, Praha 7, 17000, IČ: 09399224 (hereinafter: "we, our"). You can contact us in writing at the address of our registered office, or by e-mail at the e-mail address info@jccprague.cz.

By registering to our newsletter you agree to the processing of your personal data in our mailing system. We process your personal data to the extent of name, surname, telephone number, email address, and whatever data you provide us with.

We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of sharing our activities and events to our members and subscribers.  

We would like to assure you that we will handle your personal data responsibly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and valid Czech legislation.

If you believe that there is no legal basis for the processing of your personal data or that they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if you have objected to the processing of your personal data, you can ask us to delete your personal data. In case of doubt as to whether the processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, you also have the right to limit the processing, or the right to object to the processing of your personal data, or the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. You can ask us to transfer your personal data to a third party at any time.
