About the event
A special lecture for the Israeli community in Prague will feature Tomáš Pojar, one of the most prominent figures in the Czech diplomatic and security arena in recent decades.
Pojar, who served as the Czech Ambassador to Israel and currently holds senior positions in the field of national security and strategic policy, will bring his rich experience on Israel-Europe relations, contemporary security challenges, and the geopolitical developments affecting the region.
The lecture will address, among other things, the historical and deep ties between the Czech Republic and Israel, the strategic situation in the Middle East from a European perspective, and the role of small states in shaping foreign policy in an era of global uncertainty. In addition, reference will be made to the challenges and opportunities facing Israel and the Jewish communities in Europe today.
