Registration for the Hebrew school 2026-2027

We celebrate two years for the JCC Hebrew school - registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open!

Who is the school intended for?

We invite families with children aged 4 and over to register via the interest form.

No prior knowledge of Hebrew is required – children who do not speak Hebrew are welcome. The school staff will select the most appropriate group for each child based on their Hebrew level, age, location, and the day of activity that best suits you.

Study groups

🌱 Preparation for reading and writing (age 4-5/6)

Introduction to letters, development of phonological awareness, language games, creativity and worksheets in an experiential atmosphere.

📖 Learning to read and write (from 8 years old)

Teaching phonics, early reading and writing through activities, games and fun practice.

📚 Adult group (from 10 years old)

For children who already read in Hebrew and want to further develop their reading fluency, text comprehension, and vocabulary.

💬 Strengthening and enriching Hebrew (ages 5–9)

For children growing up in a multilingual environment who wish to improve their speaking, reading and writing skills in Hebrew.
