Refund and Cancellation Policy

JCC Prague operates with transparency and in accordance with EU and Czech legislation, and is committed to providing fair and clear service to our customers.

1. Physical Products

  • Customers may return products purchased on the website within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with the association.

  • Products must be returned unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.

  • In the case of a defective product, the customer is entitled to choose between a replacement of the same item or a refund.

  • Products made or customized specifically for the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Event Tickets

  • Event tickets may be cancelled with a full refund up to 5 days before the event date.

  • Cancellations made after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.

  • If the event is cancelled by the association, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Donations

  • Donations to the association are considered voluntary gifts and are not regarded as consumer transactions.

  • Therefore, donations are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect charges or technical errors during the payment process.

  • In such cases, requests must be submitted in writing to: info@jccprague.cz, including full donation details (name, date, amount, payment reference).

  • Requests due to errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the association will respond within 14 business days of receiving the request.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from the Czech Republic via postal or courier services.

  • The shipping fee within the Czech Republic is 99 CZK per order.

  • JCC Prague will dispatch orders as soon as possible, with delivery expected within up to 14 business days from purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of cancellation or return.

5. Submitting a Refund or Cancellation Request

  • Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing to:info@jccprague.cz 

  • The request must include: full name, order number, purchase date, and a short explanation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the request has been approved by JCC Prague.

6. Additional Information

  • Refund rights apply in accordance with EU and Czech law.

  • The association reserves the right to update this refund and cancellation policy from time to time.
